Bethany Blues BBQ

Bethany Blues has established a reputation in coastal Delaware as having some of the best barbecue in the region. The company now features two locations, one in Lewes and it’s original site on Pennsylvania Avenue in Bethany Beach.

You walk in to this local mainstay and it just smells and radiates barbecue. And there’s good reason for that – the owners commissioned an authentic smoker years ago that was built for them in the heart of Texas and shipped to Bethany Beach.

The management of Bethany Blues prides itself on using no gas and no electricity in creating it’s signature barbecue dishes. They use only, in their words, “100 percent wood smoke.”

Specialties at Bethany Blues include Mesquite grilled steak, jambalaya, smoked sausage and pulled pork.
