But what many home buyers, including some of our own clients, don't know is that we also list and sell properties across the state line in Worcester County, Maryland. And the home we're showcasing today is one of those properties, a beautiful waterfront home in the unique community of Ocean Pines.

This home certainly has all of the bells and whistles that make living in our area such a special experience. And we're excited to tell you all about it.

But we did want to remind you first, however, that our New for 2017 blog posted last week. If you're going to be in

It wasn’t long ago that Rehoboth Beach resident Mitch Selbiger dreaded getting out of bed in the morning. It wasn’t because he feared what lay ahead of him, or hated what he did for a living, or even because he just wanted to get more sleep.

It simply hurt too much.

Now nearly 10 years removed from dual hip replacement surgeries, simply saying that Selbiger is a changed man is an understatement, to say the least. The New Jersey native has gone from barely being able to walk from his bedroom to his kitchen to someone today who is, at times, pre-occupied with physical fitness and with getting the most out of life.

His life has taken a 180-degree turn since the first time he visited Dr. Wilson Choy at Beebe Medical Center back in 2006.

How does an oversized lot just three blocks from the ocean in Rehoboth Beach sound? Yeah, we know, stupid question right?

We won't say it's close enough to hear the waves rocking you to sleep at night, but it's pretty darn close.

We're going to tell you all about this fabulous coastal property in just a moment, but first let us be one of the first to wish you a happy Memorial Day Weekend here at the Delaware beaches.

We're just a couple of days away now from the start of the 2017 summer season, and we're excited to say there are a

For men and women who have grown up at or near the Delaware beaches, there are certain things that have remained constant over the years.

They truly are the reasons why the area has become such a popular vacation destination – the small town charm, the vibrant restaurant scene, the old school rides at Funland and, of course, the award-winning beaches themselves.

But even as those core elements of coastal Delaware life have remained the same through the generations, every year the area also kind of reinvents itself at the same time. There's always something new to see and do in coastal Delaware.

And that’s what we’re going to treat you with today.

So, if you’re at the Delaware beaches for the 2017 season, or even if you’re just coming for a

When Sue White and her all-girl team of blue collar environmental professionals show up for a job in their pink shirts and their can-do attitudes, it’s a bit like the southern Delaware, 21st century version of Rosie the Riveter.

Seventy-five years later, that is.

But just as the ladies of America filled jobs normally done by men during the Second World War, White and her team aren’t afraid to get down and dirty while performing their duties for the Lewes-based Sussex Environmental Consultants.

“I’ve really found that the girls are able to pick up on certain things in a home that men might not, like odors and just housekeeping issues that could lead to air quality problems,” says White, owner of the company for the last 20 years. “Having an all

The first thing we want to mention is our "New for 2017" blog that we'll be posting in a few days. This will include all of what you need to know for the upcoming

Like it or not, the days of visiting a local real estate office and shuffling through the big books of listings are pretty much gone forever.

True, some traditional home buyers may still prefer to do it this way. But in today's real estate environment, that's generally just not going to happen.

Welcome to the Internet Age boys and girls!

In today's marketplace, nearly all real estate searches begin online. And these searches can happen during any time of the day, on several different devices (think smart phones and tablets) and at literally any location.

And what's the first thing that potential home buyers look at? That's right, it's the photos. The better the photos, the better chance you have of making your listing shine in the eyes of the
