Freeman Arts Pavilion Releases First Set of Dates for 2023 Summer Season

The management of the Freeman Arts Pavilion, located just west of Fenwick Island, have announced the first set of artists who will be performing at the popular venue during the Summer of 2023.

Organizers promise as many as 65 acts during this year's season, so what was announced in late February is anything but a full list. In fact, if the above number is accurate, only about a third of the acts for 2023 have thus far been announced.

Many more should be released at a later date, so keep tabs on freemanarts.org and our website for additional updates as they become available.

Highlights of the performances that were released in February include Styx on June 3, Darius Rucker on June 16, Grand Funk Railroad on June 24, The Mavericks on June 30 and Train on August 26.

A tribute to their popularity, the Styx and Darius Rucker shows have already sold out. But tickets for the other 20 or so shows remain and can be purchased online by visiting freemanarts.org.

The Freeman Arts Pavilion is an open air performing arts site just west of Fenwick Island. It's a popular venue during the summer months, when performances are generally held Thursdays through Sundays.

Many top name performers appear at the site every year, in addition to local favorites, dance acts, children's shows and theatre groups.
