Georgetown Land Parcels Available To Build Your Dream Home Near The Delaware Beaches
If you've ever considered building your dream home near Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, then this week's featured blog will certainly pique your attention.
Located on Old State Road just north of Georgetown and a short drive away from both Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, these five building lots are currently on the market and provide a great spot for building your family home in Delaware's coastal region.
The lots range in size from three-quarters of an acre to two-and-a-half acres. They feature no Homeowners Association fees or builder tie-ins, but minimum deed restrictions are in place and include the prohibition of mobile homes and a minimum size of home that can be construction on the property.
The price for these five prime southern Delaware building lots range from $89,999 to $119,999, depending on size.
No address has been assigned yet so Global Positioning System (GPS) technology isn't going to help you find these lots at the current time.
But you can find them by traveling on Route 113 North from Georgetown and turning right on Old State Road South. The building lots will be about a quarter-mile on the right, just south of Shady Oak Lane.
The current owner of the land has indicated that he's willing to negotiate a price with a builder or anyone else interested in buying all five lots in a package deal (See blueprint below).
