The Governors community, like most of the newer ones in Delaware's coastal region, revolves around a state-of-the-art clubhouse. The Governors' clubhouse features a number of great amenities for residents, including a cabana bar, a large swimming pool, a cozy fireplace and private cabanas.

There's even a "tot lot" at the clubhouse swimming pool, perfect for the younger members of the family.

If you'd like to get a bit of exercise before jumping in the pool, Governors offers easy access to the popular Junction and Breakwater Trail, where you can take a leisurely stroll, a morning jog or a long bike ride.
