Oldfather Group Expands Services To New Castle Co.
The leadership team of the Rehoboth Beach based Oldfather Group of Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce a new partnership with a similar firm in northern New Castle County, which will allow the company to expand its range of services.
Owners Dustin and Mariya Oldfather completed the partnership agreement with Brandywine Fine Properties Sotheby's International Realty, located in Centreville, in mid-May and will begin servicing clients in northern Delaware soon.

The Oldfather Group’s new coverage area will consist of towns and municipalities in the northern reaches of Delaware, including Wilmington, Newark, Centreville, Greenville, Brandywine, Pike’s Creek and others.
The firm’s reach will also now extend into southern Chester County, Penn., including the areas of West Chester, Chadds Ford and Kennett Square.
The Oldfather Group will also maintain a satellite office at the Centreville location, located on Kennett Pike.
