While enjoying a sampling of southern Delaware's fantastic fall festivals over the next few days (read more about those here), stop by and see representatives of the Oldfather Group, who will be scattered throughout the county showcasing some of the area's most inviting homes this weekend.
We're opening two Dagsboro area homes to the public on Saturday and then venturing west to the city of Seaford on Sunday, and we'd love for you to stop by and take a look.
We've also made it easy for you to find us, as well as the fall festivals that headline this weekend's events calendar. View the map below for an easy to follow, interactive guide to what's happening over the next few days in southern Delaware.
Now, on to this weekend's open houses...
Located in the premiere waterfront community of Bay Colony, at 34441 Holly Tree Lane in Dagsboro, the first showcased property this weekend is a four bedroom, three full and two half bathroom home, that features a spectacular outdoor living area to enjoy coastal Delaware's warm weather season.
Amenities in this 2,800-square-foot home include a formal dining room, a chef's kitchen, a great room with stone fireplace, hardwood flooring and a luxury spa bath with jetted tub and separate shower.
The waterside community of Bay Colony is conveniently located just a short drive from Bethany Beach and features some of the area’s finest amenities, including a clubhouse, tennis and pickleball courts, a swimming pool and a community marina with 250 boat slips on the Indian River Bay.
Stop by and see the Oldfather Group’s Chuck Seaman this Saturday from 12 to 3 p.m. at this fabulous coastal property in Dagsboro.
Located at 29509 Racket Court, also in Bay Colony, the second coastal home open for viewing this weekend is a five bedroom, three bathroom property resting on a third of an acre.
Spend your mornings sipping coffee while looking out over the property from the upper level balcony, which is nestled over the majestic Federal-style entryway.
An abundance of storage space abounds throughout the two-level home, which also features a formal dining room, a large eat-in kitchen, a loft leading to the upper level balcony and a flex room above the two-car garage.
This home will be open on Saturday, Sept. 16, from 12 to 3 p.m., so be sure to stop by and have a look. Your host is the Oldfather Group's Pamela Foster.
Last but certainly not least, the third and final property featured by the Oldfather Group this weekend is located a few miles west of the beaches in the city of Seaford.
From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., on Sunday, Sept. 17, Dominick Scott from the Oldfather Group will be your host at 24169 Jamore Drive in the "Nylon Capital of the World."
Featuring four bedrooms, one-and-a-half bathrooms, hardwood flooring, a formal living room, a great room and a kitchen with numerous upgrades, this home is also close to the Seaford Riverwalk and the Nanticoke River and is just a short drive from coastal Delaware’s beach resorts.
There's also a deck overlooking a backyard oasis with koi pond, a greenhouse and a covered picnic area on the property.
