Delaware Seashore State Park
Featuring six miles of ocean and bay shoreline, Delaware Seashore State Park encompasses nearly 3,000 acres and is filled with recreational opportunities during coastal Delaware’s warm weather season.
Swimming, fishing, boating and even surfing are common activities at the park, with tens of thousand of visitors entering it’s gates annually. The park also features picnic areas, public bathhouses, lifeguards during the summer season and even beach “necessities” like snack foods, umbrellas, chairs and rafts.
The State Division of Parks and Recreation has run the park since 1965.
