Among the most popular of these activities are boating, fishing and, a little further downstream, crabbing. Delaware Route 24 runs through the middle of downtown Millsboro and serves as a major east-west route to the Delaware beach resorts of Lewes, Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach. Along with U.S. Route 113 that runs north to south and feeds the southern resort towns of Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island, as well as Ocean City, Md., the majority of Millsboro's businesses are located here.
